At Hit Point Press, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite campaign. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
